1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cyprus Podcast, including all services provided through our website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Podcast Editing Services
Cyprus Podcast offers basic editing services, which include:

Syncing audio with video
Cutting unnecessary parts of the podcast
Adding any graphics provided by you, including intros and outros
Revision Process
Our editing service includes one revision. After we deliver the first draft, you may provide feedback and request changes. We will then deliver a final version of the podcast based on your comments. The entire process typically takes between 2 to 5 business days.

Storage of Files
We store your files both locally and on Google Drive. Files are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted from all storage systems. This ensures your content is handled securely and removed after it is no longer needed.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide (such as intros, outros, and graphics) do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
Payments for our services must be made either in full or with a 50% deposit before any work commences. The remaining balance must be settled before the final delivery of the completed project.

Bundles and Packages
All bundles or packages purchased must be used within a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused services will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or extended.

Refund Policy
Our services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued. However, services may be rescheduled if necessary, subject to availability and agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided to us for editing remains your property. However, by submitting your content to Cyprus Podcast, you grant us a limited license to use, edit, and store your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Cyprus Podcast reserves the right to use any raw materials (audio, video, graphics) provided by you for internal or commercial purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use in marketing, promotion, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Liability
Cyprus Podcast shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in content, or any loss incurred as a result of the use of any content provided to you.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
